SOLUTIONS FOR LOGIN ERRORS
- #1 ERROR MESSAGE You've tried using your login account but it won't work during login and a login error page appears. Then you should check to be sure that you're using the proper username and password. BE VERY CAREFUL when typing-in your letters. The most frequent-common error is that the "CAP" key is used when it shouldn't be. Once you get a copy of your username and password print it out then use it as you log on...type as you see it on paper. If you are absolutely sure you are doing everything properly, then your membership may have lapsed or expired. (read next error)
- #2 ERROR MESSAGE You've tried submitting your email address in the window on the previous page And get a message on your screen that states you're not in the database then be sure to check your email address again for entry errors. IF you correctly typed in a valid member email address into the window above, clicked the submit button and still get an error message, it's possible that your membership may have lapsed or expired.
- You may have changed your email address after joining or renewing without updating it via the "update" login link...if so, AND you have email being forwarded to your new email address, you can simply enter your previous email address and submit it instead of your current email address. Once you have your username and password you would then access/update your account with your current email address.
- If you did not save your username and password (somewhere on your computer or didn't print it out previously) and you just don't know what's happened use the "check" membership link on the previous page (include some text to prompt us about your situation).
- #3 ERROR MESSAGE If you still get "not listed" and are positive you are a member...because you did make payment...
- Do you remember filling out the "register with us" form after making payment? If you didn't then your login account was not updated or established.
- If you don't remember what took place after making payment (when you joined or renewed) use the "check" membership link on the previous page (include some text to prompt us about your situation).
